Chapter 2, included for all owners, continues the main storyline immediately after the base campaign finale. Funcom adds fresh narrative branches across new locations and contracts, dynamic open-world encounters, extra gear, activities, and a first-ever in-game barbershop that lets current characters adopt new hairstyles and facial details without rerolling.
The $12.99 The Lost Harvest DLC introduces a self-contained quest arc surrounding the wreck of a spice harvester carrying clandestine cargo. Cosmetic rewards—a treadwheel mount, themed building set, additional decorations, and matching armor and weapons—promise visual flair only; the developer stresses they grant no stat edge over standard loot. A trailer now live on the Steam page spotlights the incoming vehicles and gear.
Players can clear their August calendars with a lingering 10-hour free trial or pre-load the patch on September 3 ahead of launch day.
