Square Enix confirmed that Imperial Standing will soon be exchanged for entirely new gear, giving veterans a concrete reason to repel beastmen on the Al Zahbi front for the first time since the mode’s recent AI upgrade.
The studio’s official preview post also details a complementary refresh of Limbus. Players can expect fresh notorious-monster spawns that scale from solo careers to full alliances, streamlined race-and-gender equipment reclamation, faster mount acquisition quests, additional inventory missions and a fame-system tune-up. Together the changes aim to keep the two-decade-old MMORPG’s end-game loop relevant ahead of the upcoming autumn event season.
