Brighter Shores has seeded a brand-new profession in its September 2025 early-access update: the Botanist. This gardening-oriented path replaces the old gatherer skill and charges players with cultivating Hopeforest’s slow-growing flora by actively tending and encouraging each plant. Starter storage rifts now unlock from character creation, giving fresh adventurers immediate inventory relief, while sweeping rebalances touch every other trade. Map-watchers will already spot under-construction symbols hinting at upcoming side-quest rooms and the studio’s promised Project Milestone.
