March of Giants Enters Closed Alpha: Secure Your Spot in Amazon’s War MOBA Now

Amazon’s Montreal studio has flipped the switch on the closed alpha for March of Giants, the self-described “war MOBA” that pits player-controlled giants against one another in large-scale PvP. The test runs through September 10 on Steam and already includes a full 5v5 Breach map, custom lobbies, bot matches, a tutorial, five deployable battleworks siege units and a launch roster of 15 playable giants.

Access is not instant; interested players must hit the green “Request Access” button on the official Steam page and wait for an invite. Once admitted, testers can pull friends directly into matches via Steam’s friend-pass system. Amazon warns that balance is rough, bugs are expected and the current build represents only a slice of the final content, with wider regions and additional languages slated for later phases.
