AdventureQuest 3D has deployed a sweeping update that rewrites how players manage vanity gear, adds a new saga mode that locks power to storyline progress, and permanently gives every account more character slots. Account-wide collections are now accessed through a single in-game window, removing the need to visit a bank and retroactively converting most quest-earned cosmetics into cross-character unlocks.
The freshly introduced saga mode caps freshly created heroes at the current chapter’s maximum level—presently ten—and will only raise that ceiling as new story acts go live, letting newcomers and veterans experience unfolding arcs without out-scaling them.
Alongside the progression tweak, Artix Entertainment has doubled the character slot baseline: free accounts now hold two heroes while upgraded accounts receive six, with accidental deletion protection toggled on by default.
Older collections and the Battleon Guardian class armor rework will finish migrating into the revamped UI over the next few builds. A limited-time 80% discount on the 2025 summer cosmetics bundle remains live through 5 September.
