Fallout 76 Overhauls C.A.M.P. System with Revamped Building Tools and Launches Season 22

Fallout 76 just delivered the biggest housing shake-up in its post-launch history with the C.A.M.P. Revamp patch, now live as of September 2. Bethesda has loosened placement restrictions so items can now soar in mid-air, introduced one-click snapping toggles for precision builds and rebuilt the entire Workshop UI for faster, cleaner navigation. The studio calls the update a builder-first pass meant to foster “creativity, collaboration and deeper community interaction” across Appalachia.

The patch arrives alongside Season 22: Appalachian Modern Living, a four-month scoreboard filled with mid-century furniture plans, modular wallpapers and era-appropriate C.A.M.P. décor. Progressing through the board now counts toward the simultaneous C.A.M.P. Revamp Contest Extravaganza, offering real-world prizes and in-game fame for standout builds.

Players can immediately experience airflow-less floating bunkers, double-height prefabs and boutique interiors without storing a single extra plank. Patch notes and contest rules are live on the official site.
